Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI Factory company focused on accelerating energy and intelligence. We are seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Leader to prime the entire Crusoe system for Spark, defining what the product must be and setting the timetable.

You will own the program, drive builds, and manage readiness at each gate, with gradual team expansion as volume grows. You will start as the single-threaded owner of this function and build the team as volume scales, coordinating Crusoe

Competenze

• Experience leading new product introductions across design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to manage phase-gate programs with evidence-based readiness.
• Strong ownership of gate decisions and release processes.
• Experience with EVT/DVT/PVT and contract manufacturing partners.

Mansioni

• Own the Spark NPI framework gates and exit criteria.
• Coordinate schedule, risk, and actions across Crusoe functions.
• Plan and execute EVT, DVT, PVT with partners; drive actions to closure.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and smooth downstream handoff.
