Job summary

Crusoe is redefining AI infrastructure with Spark modular data centers. The Product Manager will own the Spark roadmap, author the PRD, and define the multi-year product strategy, collaborating across Cloud Product, Sales, Manufacturing, Construction, and Field Ops.

You will synthesize stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements and drive decisions that shape the next generation of Spark. You will translate customer feedback into product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and oversee

Qualifications

• A track record of owning progressively complex multi-year product roadmaps.
• Direct experience with high-performance compute, data center, or similarly demanding compute infrastructure.
• Excellent ability to write clear product requirements and differentiate market, product, and engineering needs.
• Fluency in GPU roadmaps and rack-scale architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year Spark modular data center product roadmap.
• Author the Spark PRD and translate stakeholder inputs into prioritized, testable requirements.
• Analyze architecture-level decisions and defend product-defining actions.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and network engineering to test feasibility against intent.
• Partner with Edge Compute to align Spark hardware roadmap with edge product strategy.
• Support phase gates and define acceptance criteria for new Spark generations.
• Track deployed Spark units and feed field learnings back into the roadmap.
• Serve as Spark's internal and external champion, influencing customers and executives.
