Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a deeply technical New Product Project Manager for Low and Medium Voltage products to own NPI from concept through production. You will lead industrialization, tooling, listings, and pilot builds while coordinating with engineering, operations, quality and supply chain.

You will drive design for manufacturability, certification activities, and production readiness, with a focus on delivering repeatable, manufacturable designs and accurate program cost models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing projects or programs in manufacturing.
• Experience with new product introduction or product industrialization ownership.
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience developing production routings and manufacturing process documentation.
• Experience coordinating product certification or third-party listing with external labs.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own NPI program plans for LV/MV product introductions with stage gates and go/no-go criteria.
• Drive DFMs reviews with Engineering to reduce labor content and part count.
• Coordinate UL/ANSI/IEEE certification activities and testing.
• Develop routings, work instructions, station layouts, tooling and inspection criteria.
• Lead pilot builds and capture issues, driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to qualify new components and assess lead times.
• Establish target cost and labor standards and maintain the program cost model.
• Coordinate production handoff with validated build package.
• Maintain the NPI portfolio schedule and report risk to leadership.
• Provide data to the executive dashboard on milestones, costs and risks.
• Feed field/factory performance data into future product improvements.
