Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in buying, planning, sourcing, or NPI program execution.
• Experience with RFQs, POs, MRP, BOMs, routings, and lead-time planning.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications to support sourcing with engineering.
• Experience coordinating raw materials, machining, and outside processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ packages and supplier inputs to support NPI quotes.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate responses, and secure pricing for materials and services.
• Translate quote assumptions into material requirements and planning dates.
• Place and manage purchase orders, confirm acknowledgments, and expedite items.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and support production readiness.
