Job summary

MiniMed on-site in Northridge, CA is seeking an Assembly II to join the New Product Introduction team. You will perform varied production assembly tasks, use tools, and follow diagrams to turn concepts into manufacturing-ready parts.

The role emphasizes reliability, quality, and timely delivery. You should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of hands-on assembly experience, with the ability to read instructions in English and work well in a team.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
Ability to read technical instructions and follow diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of assembly tasks from repetitive to non-repetitive in production.
Follow layouts, diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Set up layouts and use tools to prepare products.
Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed items.
May inspect quality and test assemblies as required.
Support NPI activities and adapt to changing processes.
