MiniMed is seeking an Assembly line/Manufacturing Device Team Lead IV in Northridge, CA. This on-site, full-time role operates a second shift (3pm–11:30pm, Mon–Fri) and requires leading production teams, overseeing testing, assembly, and process improvements while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The candidate will coach operators, manage workload per build schedule, and report issues to supervision. Strong experience in manufacturing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years in manufacturing with 2-3 years leading teams of 10 or more in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Leads production teamwork, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly and reassembly as assigned.
• Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
• Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
• Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem-solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
• Ensures company quality and safety standards are upheld.
