Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related engineering.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and validate test methods and fixtures.
• Execute complex instrumented tests on prototypes and production samples.
• Analyze results, identify failure modes, and drive root-cause investigations to closure.
• Prepare test reports with methodology, data and recommendations.
