Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator within the Greater Manchester region. The educator will lead educational initiatives, promote professional nursing practice, and foster competency across teams in alignment with ANA standards.

The role partners with nursing leadership to design, implement and evaluate education programs, onboarding and practice advancement, contributing to high reliability and quality patient care.

Qualificações

• BSN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment or area of specialty for ambulatory/ancillary environments.
• Experience as a preceptor.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in CT prior to hire date.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire/transfer.
• BLS required.
