Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in acute care or ambulatory/ancillary environments.
• Experience as a preceptor.

Responsibilities

• Learning facilitator to bridge knowledge gaps identified by learning needs assessment.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership to develop programs and monitor clinical competency.
• Promotes professional nursing practice per ANA standards.
• Mentor and develop others across practice settings.
• Manages competencies and onboarding/orientation programs.
• Develops orientation for new hires and role changes.
• Drives change using evidence-based strategies.
• Promotes scientific inquiry to advance NPD practice.
• Performs other related duties as required.
