Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately nine GPSC professionals.
• Own and drive program KPIs (Time-to-RQ, Time-to-Source, Gates-on-Time, Cost-at-Gate) to deliver on-time, on-cost programs.
• Co-lead cross-functional alignment across Category Management, Supply Chain Solutions, Aftermarket GPSC, and Supplier Development to improve execution and agility.
