Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of engineering design experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading technical projects.
• Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple New Product Development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Facilitate design reviews, milestone meetings, and project gate reviews.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status to leadership, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Coordinate engineering testing, prototyping, validation, and product launch activities.
• Serve as a technical resource to help solve complex challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
