• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Experience leading moderate to high complexity product development initiatives.
• Ability to manage projects with ownership and aggressive schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Drives overall project from concept to mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Meets cost, schedule, and performance targets during execution.
• Maintains project momentum, documents meetings, and tracks risks.
• Escalates issues when needed and communicates with leadership.
• Ensures component delivery through close coordination with sourcing and supply chain.
• Coordinates build readiness planning across departments.
