Job summary

HME is seeking a Project Manager to lead hardware development projects from initiation through production release. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery within cost constraints.

The role requires experience in electronics manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive lean product development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or higher preferred.
• Experience managing hardware development projects in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to influence in a matrix environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD or Sustaining project teams.
• Assist other PMs with large scale NPD projects.
• Plan and execute development projects from initiation to production release (hardware focus).
• Improve New Product Development processes and create standard tools and dashboards.
• Define project objectives with customers and craft detailed project plans.
• Monitor milestones, costs, resources and risk; manage contingencies.
• Present project status to senior management and drive risk mitigation.
