• Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, and risks with support from the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, compliance, and business partners to ensure clear expectations and effective progress tracking.
• Prepare for and lead project meetings, manage agendas and action items, and support timely decision-making.
• Facilitate milestone readiness reviews and ensure alignment on deliverables and requirements.
• Lead team efforts to identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive early mitigation actions and accelerate when necessary.
