This is a critical role to help launch new products in the Connected, Energy and Assisted Technologies realm. This position manages the internal New Product Program (NPP) production launch process from Kick-Off through Ready to Ship Authorization (Gate 90) for Energy and Connected Solutions products. Responsibilities include managing an inter-department Cross Functional Team (CFT) to achieve project deliverables including but not limited to: Project schedule creation and management, development planning, prototyping, regulatory testing, production readiness, technical publications completion, parts service set up and RTS sign-off. Additional responsibilities include continuous improvement initiatives and life cycle project management of non-NPP projects.
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) with minimal travel required to support NPP activities and travel to the Marengo campus
The salary for this position ranges from $85,000- $125,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
