Job summary

TTI is seeking a Project Leader for New Product Development Engineering. This role drives the overall execution of moderate to high complexity product development, owning technical scope, making key design decisions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within cost.

The candidate will lead projects from concept to mass production, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of related field experience.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Results-driven with strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage projects with ownership to aggressive schedules.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile culture.
• Ability to adapt to change and competing priorities.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.

• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Establish and reinforce a strong project culture.

• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Create, track, and document project schedules and meetings.
• Maintain a broad view of project scope with minimal guidance.
• Track risks and lead trade-off discussions with PM and cross-functional partners.
• Negotiate to reach compromises when needed.
• Present updates, risks, and business cases to leadership.
• Coordinate component delivery with US/Asia sourcing and supply chain.
• Coordinate build readiness planning across departments.
