The Project Leader – New Product Development (NPD) at TTI Group leads moderate to high complexity product programs from concept through mass production. You coordinate cross-functional teams, own the technical scope, and drive key design decisions with minimal oversight.

In this role you own schedules, costs, and performance targets, escalate when needed, and communicate updates and business cases to leadership while collaborating with sourcing and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Results driven with the ability to manage projects with aggressive schedules and changing priorities.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop productive business relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
