Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI seeks a Project Leader – New Product Development to guide moderate to high complexity product initiatives with minimal oversight. You will own the technical scope, drive design decisions and coordinate cross-functional execution to meet cost and schedule objectives.

This role requires an engineering background, strong problem-solving and the ability to influence teams across US/Asia supply chains. Travel up to 3–10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–10% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Drives project from concept to mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Meets cost, schedule, and performance targets during execution.
• Establishes and reinforces strong team culture.
• Holds team members accountable for responsibilities.
• Escalates issues to leadership when needed.
• Creates, tracks schedules and documents project meetings.
• Visualizes entire project scope with minimal guidance.
• Tracks project risks effectively.
• Leads tradeoff discussions with product management and others.

• Presents updates, risks, and business cases to leadership.
• Ensures component delivery with sourcing and supply chain teams.
