Milwaukee Tool seeks a Project Leader to drive multiple engineering projects from concept through product launch. You will provide leadership and technical direction to design teams, with a focus on new product development and mass-produced assemblies.

The role requires a strong engineering background, at least seven years of experience, and proven ability to manage schedules and costs in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years engineering experience in related field.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Proven success in past work experience designing a mass-produced product.
• Experience managing low to moderately complex new product development projects.
• Strong engineering aptitude with broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of part costing methodology.
• Good understanding of engineering specifications and roles of Suppliers, Quality, and Purchasing.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Results driven with ability to meet aggressive schedules.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, agile environments.

• Manage multiple low to moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Provide project management and technical direction to ensure timely implementation.
• Lead moderate to highly complex design projects and guide team members.
• Develop schedules, agendas, and document project meetings; track timelines.
