Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Leader for PPE to drive mid-to-high complexity engineering projects from concept through launch. You will provide technical direction, coordinate global teams, and navigate critical-path tasks while aligning to cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in engineering, a B.S. in Engineering, and proven success delivering mass-produced products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years engineering experience in related field.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Experience managing medium to highly complex new product development projects.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes for Milwaukee Tool products.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and technical direction to assure successful and timely implementation of projects.
