Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI in Anderson, SC seeks a Project Engineer I to support cross-functional execution of new product development for outdoor power equipment. You will translate customer needs into product requirements, maintain project plans, and coordinate technical deliverables from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of engineering, product development, manufacturing, or project work; internships and co-ops count.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize technical information, maintain action trackers, and communicate clearly across functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains work breakdown structures, action trackers, milestone plans, and project documentation for lower-complexity projects.
• Tracks deliverables, identifies schedule threats, and escalates issues needing cross-functional support.
• Documents risks and actions for project reviews with owners and closure evidence.
• Coordinates prototype builds, testing, design reviews, pilot builds, and release activities with functional owners.
• Communicates project information clearly through updates, presentations, and summaries.
• Works with Design Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Compliance, Reliability, and suppliers to resolve issues.
