Job summary

AMETEK Power Quality Solutions (PQS) is seeking a Program Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex New Product Development programs using a PMP-driven stage-gate process. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of UPS-related power conversion systems.

The role requires strong project leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication to enable successful program outcomes and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of program management processes, including stage-gate methodologies.
• Experience in electronic product design and manufacturing environments, preferably in power electronics or UPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPD programs across full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Develop and maintain Gantt-based schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Drive PMP stage-gate processes and governance.
