Job summary

AMETEK is seeking a Program Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex New Product Development programs within scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires driving PMP stage-gate processes, coordinating cross-functional teams in power electronics/ UPS contexts, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across the full lifecycle from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gate methodologies and PMP processes.
• Experience in electronic product design or manufacturing, preferably power electronics/UPS.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMP stage-gate processes with gate reviews and governance.
• Develop and maintain Gantt-based schedules with milestones.
• Lead NPD programs across concept to launch lifecycle.
• Manage program scope, schedule, and cost to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and lead cross-functional teams to mitigate them.
