Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions seeks a senior PMO leader to establish and improve customer-facing project management processes. You will guide NPD programs delivering over $10M, integrate PMO practices with sales, engineering, and operations, and drive product roadmaps with readiness metrics to reduce risk.

The role emphasizes coaching project managers, building dashboards, and reporting to executives while supporting fast growth in critical infrastructure projects such as data centers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in large capital equipment.
• 2-3 years minimum of managerial or team lead experience required.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in engineered products.
• Experience serving data center customers strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the NPD Stage Gate and Deliverable Process for on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Head a team of project managers delivering +$10M in revenue across 6–12 months.
• Integrate PMO processes with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and readiness metrics for risk mitigation.
• Create dashboards and reporting to align departments with clear priorities.
