Job summary

Tract Capital Management is seeking a Technical Program Manager, New Product Development to lead end-to-end hardware-focused product programs for data center infrastructure. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to drive products from concept through design, validation, launch, and ramp.

The role requires strong organizational leadership to manage integrated schedules, risks, and dependencies, and to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product development, or related engineering roles.
• Experience leading complex hardware, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or mission-critical product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and executive updates.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations to align priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate technical tradeoff discussions balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure teams remain aligned, accountable, and focused on program objectives.
• Support NPD/NPI activities from design through production ramp.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering releases, sourcing, tooling, testing, documentation, manufacturing, and supplier readiness.
• Track and resolve issues impacting launch, quality, schedule, or cost.
• Proactively identify program risks, resource constraints, and execution gaps while driving mitigation plans.
• Coordinate suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners to maintain program schedules.
• Communicate program health, key decisions, risks, and milestones to technical teams and executive leadership.
• Maintain core program documentation including schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and launch checklists.
• Help improve program management processes, cross-functional execution, and launch discipline across the organization.
