Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an NPD Engineering Intern for a twelve-week program in Waukesha, WI. You will perform analyses, develop designs, build prototypes, and run verification tests alongside experienced engineers to help advance LIPE projects.

The internship offers relocation assistance for qualifying candidates and exposure to CAD/FEA tools, BOMs, and cross-functional collaboration. Enrollment in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with GPA 2.8+ is required.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• GPA 2.8 or above required.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analyses, create detailed designs, and develop verification tests.
• Prototype builds and test execution for NPD projects in LIPE.
• Collaborate with global design and manufacturing teams.
