MRPC is seeking a New Product Development Applications Engineer to lead cost estimating and quotes for thermoplastic and LSR molding, guiding launches from quote to production. You will serve as the technical bridge among customers, Sales, Engineering, tooling suppliers, Operations and Quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in injection molding, with strong skills in design-for-manufacturability, GD&T, and project coordination.

Competenze

• Experience: 5–10+ years in injection molding, project engineering, estimating or program management.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Bonus: medical molding experience, ERP/MRP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and validation documentation, and SolidWorks CAD.

Mansioni

• Win new business with sharp quotes for thermoplastic and LSR molded products.
• Review RFQs, drawings and specifications to assess feasibility and costs.
• Lead new product introduction projects from quote award to production launch.
• Coordinate tooling development, mold trials, process validation and launch activities.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks and action items, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide DFM recommendations and technical support to improve manufacturability.
• Drive cost reduction and CI initiatives to stay competitive.
