Job summary

Molded Dimensions Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive new product development and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will lead projects from concept through production and serve as a technical resource across the organization.

The role requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver robust, quality-enabled solutions while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new and revised product development projects from customer purchase order through successful production launch.
• Coordinate activities related to design, material selection, tooling, process development, validation, and customer approval.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Communicate project status and key milestones with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
