Job summary

NPHire in Dallas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead patient care in a modern, cash-pay concierge clinic focused on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics. You will discuss options with members, build plans, and guide them to the best treatment paths.

You’ll own consultations end to end, educate members on choices, and drive membership growth. Training is provided, and success hinges on relationship-building and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Willingness to discuss hormone therapy, peptides, and related treatments.
• Full training provided for hormone health program.
• Sales-minded with ability to guide patients toward plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical provider across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics.
• Evaluate patients, build individualized treatment plans, and prescribe under the medical director's supervision.
• Own patient consultations end to end, educating members on their options and guiding them to plans that fit their goals.
• Help grow clinic membership and revenue through confident, patient-first conversations.
• Perform in-clinic procedures such as intramuscular injections and PRP, with training available.
• Keep clean, timely documentation and help run an organized clinic day.
