Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine) for a Locum Tenens assignment in Portland, OR. The provider will deliver primary care to an elderly population in outpatient settings, with home visits to assisted living and SNF facilities.

The position requires board certification (BC/BE), OR licensure, and DEA; Epic EMR proficiency and geriatric experience are valued. Mon–Fri, 8a–5p schedule, with travel/lodging covered by the agency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
