Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine for a locum tenens assignment in Portland, Oregon. You will cover outpatient primary care clinics, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided by the agency. The role focuses on geriatric care, with 4–6 elderly patients daily, home visits to assisted living and SNFs, and collaboration with a 11-member interdisciplinary team using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board certification in family medicine (BC/BE)
• Licenses: Licensed in OR
• DEA: DEA required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years geriatric experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Epic EMR proficiency, team-based care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to elderly patients in clinic and community settings.
• Perform home visits to assisted living, SNF, and personal residences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (11 members) to coordinate patient care.
