The role emphasizes education, care coordination, and participation in interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on adherence to scope of practice, licensure maintenance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner master’s program.
• Current, valid state licensure and appropriate certification (NCCPA or ANCC/AANP).
• BLS obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date. ACLS certifications if required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Obtain complete medical histories and physical data on patients.
• Interpret data to determine diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients on health and prevention; refer to community resources.
• Support care coordination through triage, follow-up, and urgent situations.
• Maintain related records and prepare statistical reports.
