Job summary

Beacon Health System seeks a Nurse Practitioner to coordinate and deliver primary and nursing care with the Practice Site Physician for BMG patients at designated sites. You will provide clinical and administrative support and help educate nursing students and residents.

The position requires a Master’s in Nursing, an Indiana RN license, and NP certification with prescriptive authority within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Requires Masters in Nursing and Indiana RN license; NP board certification is required.
• Prescriptive authority or coursework to obtain it within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver primary and nursing care with Practice Site Physician for designated BMG patients.
• Provide clinical and administrative support to BMG programs and participate in education and follow-up activities.
• Maintain patient records, perform assessments, and participate in quality review and improvement programs.
