Qualifications

• NCCPA or ANCC/AANP certification required prior to hire.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS if position requires.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver care with Practice Site Physician within approved scope of practice.
• Obtain complete medical history and perform physical examination.
• Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures; interpret data.
• Educate patients about health, prevention, and resources; coordinate follow-up care.
• Participate in education, documentation, and interdisciplinary care conferences.
