The General Hospital Corporation in Boston, MA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to care for cardiac surgery patients on the Cardiac Surgery Step‑Down Unit. The role involves rounds with the team, direct patient care, and collaboration with surgeons and intensivists.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, ordering tests, and discharge planning. Onsite, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts; MA licensure required for APRN/PA practice.
Full‑time, 40‑hour position with 3–13 hour shifts, D/N rotations, and weekend/holiday coverage. Working under the supervision of Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Center Intensivists, the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will care for patients on the Cardiac Surgical Service, primarily those on the Cardiac Surgery Step‑Down Unit.
