Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT seeks a CAIPT Leader to manage the Nozzle and 3BSM hardware within the Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinating with CSE, CIPT Engineering, ASE, F135 Sustainment, Military Engines Sustainment Operations, and ELMT to sustain program requirements and deliver aftermarket support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in engineering or program management, or an advanced degree with 7+ years engineering/program management experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management or team-leading experience.

Responsibilities

• Owner cradle-to-grave sustainment items within the Nozzle/3BSM CIPT.
• Partner with internal RR team on sustainment engineering items.
• Lead cross-functional team to ensure hardware support and reduce program risks.
• Understand and communicate hardware concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Expose gaps and identify solutions for hardware supportability.
• Present at meetings to update the audience and represent PW to customers.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities of all CAIPT team members.
