RTX in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Component Aftermarket Integrated Product Team (CAIPT) Deputy to drive Aftermarket activity for PW1100G-JM and related programs. This onsite role focuses on reducing cost, improving time on wing, and enhancing turnaround in overhaul shops.

You will be part of the ASE and CIPT leadership, coordinating fleet management, overhaul and spares planning, safety assessments, and engine-manual maturity while collaborating across engineering, production and customer teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years in engineering, program management, customer service, aftermarket, or operations.
• Alternatively, 5+ years with an Advanced degree in engineering or related fields.
• Experience in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the CAIPT for Aftermarket and Sustainability Engineering, driving cost reduction and faster turnaround.
• Coordinate fleet management, overhaul planning, spares planning, and safety assessments for PW1100G-JM program.
• Lead or participate in process improvements within multi-disciplinary teams and oversee schedule and cost management.
