Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K12 via a remote platform.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including documentation and participation in IEP meetings.
• Deliver interactive, engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and digital activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.

Pay Rate: $48-$54

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or Communication Science and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Active Tennessee (TN) Speech-Language Pathology License required.
• Experience providing remote/teletherapy services to school-aged students.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
