Job summary

Belmar Integrated Logistics in Flower Mound, TX is hiring an entry-level Staffing Recruiter to join our light industrial and warehouse staffing team. You will source, screen, and place candidates with a focus on customer service and fast-paced teamwork.

Bilingual English/Spanish and reliable transportation are a plus as you support local job opportunities. Schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and training at our Flower Mound office

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Positive, motivated and energetic personality with a people focus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish abilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial & warehouse roles.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and coordinate interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to fill openings efficiently; no prior recruiting needed.
