Right at Home Monterey Bay is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in Capitola and surrounding areas. We offer PPE, training, and ongoing support to help you make a difference every day.

Positions include day and night shifts with competitive pay of $18.00–$22.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits. Join a growing international company with 25+ years of experience and be essential in your community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; English proficiency as needed for the job.
• 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Background check required; CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as transferring, bathing, dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Offer companionship and dementia care as needed.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders and ROM exercises as directed.
