Right at Home Monterey Bay has immediate openings for Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs. Join a team dedicated to improving seniors’ quality of life with compassionate, in-home care. Earn competitive pay and access benefits while making a difference daily.

Positions include day and night shifts across Capitola and nearby areas, with onboarding and ongoing training. A CNA/HHA/PCA background is preferred but not required for all roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading/writing comprehension required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Willing to commute to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville, Soquel areas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA license, HHA, or PCA certification preferred.
• Willing to complete onboarding paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping up to 20% of duties.
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, and activities.
