Job summary

MaxLife Commercial in Central Florida seeks a commission-only sales agent specializing in commercial notes and loans for sale. You will build a focused book of business across Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast areas, leveraging MaxLife's MLS inventory and in-house marketing.

You will source listings, represent buyers and tenants, conduct tours and BOVs, and work closely with the founder and analyst on underwriting and strategy while maintaining a proactive CRM.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance with outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for 100% commission role.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).

• Represent buyers and tenants seeking commercial notes and loans
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in notes & loans
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports

Requirements

• Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire)
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a 100% commission role, no base salary
