Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or plan to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity and outward prospecting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of land and development sites for sale across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking land and development sites.
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching.
