MaxLife Commercial in Central Florida seeks a driven commission-only sales agent to source and close deals in special-purpose properties. You will build a focused book of business, backed by MaxLife's MLS access, SEO-driven marketing, and in-house support.

This role requires an active Florida real estate license (or commitment to obtain within 60 days), exceptional relationship-building, high outbound activity, and a self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or commitment to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — 100% commission role, no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source listings of special-purpose properties for sale across Central Florida.
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking special-purpose properties.
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in special-purpose.
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports.
