Job summary

MaxLife Commercial in Central Florida is recruiting a commission-only sales agent specializing in mobile home parks for sale. You'll build a focused book of business using MaxLife's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

Responsibilities include prospecting, representing buyers/tenants, conducting tours and BOVs, building relationships with owners and investors, collaborating with the founder and analyst on underwriting, and maintaining a CRM.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire).
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a 100% commission role, no base salary.
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast).
• Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.
