Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in management consulting or advisory services.
• Experience with not-for-profit organizations and mission-driven sectors.
• Proven ability to originate and expand client relationships and drive engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex advisory engagements spanning strategy, people, operations and transformation.
• Develop executive relationships and expand Baker Tilly’s advisory footprint in the not-for-profit sector.
• Oversee engagement quality, risk management and client outcomes.
• Mentor professionals and contribute to practice growth through market development and thought leadership.
