• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in management consulting, professional services or advisory environments.
• Experience with not-for-profit and mission-driven organizations.
• Experience building, scaling or leading a consulting capability or market offering.
• Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with senior executives and advising leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight for Strategy, People & Operations engagements from assessment through implementation.
• Shape engagement strategies and multidisciplinary teams for client objectives.
• Maintain executive communication and address risks, scope changes, and stakeholder concerns.
• Lead business development, originate opportunities and expand client relationships in the not-for-profit sector.
• Deliver practical, actionable recommendations aligned with clients’ mission and operating realities.
