You will conduct governance assessments, process improvement, and strategic planning with clients.

Travel to client sites up to 30%, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a values-driven culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters in Public Administration or similar field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related consulting, government, non-profit or public sector experience required.
• Familiarity with human resources operations of local governments or non-profits preferred.
• Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively as a self-directed professional to meet project objectives.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform consulting activities including interviews, document review, and client deliverables such as findings, recommendations, org charts, process maps, and final reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends related to staffing, org culture, and performance.
• Conduct peer benchmarking, data analysis, and best-practice research to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and improve current practices, assess risks.
• Travel to client locations to work onsite and attend industry conferences.
