Baker Tilly is seeking a Consulting Principal in its Strategy, People & Operations practice to lead not-for-profit engagements, originate opportunities, and expand advisory capabilities. You will develop executive relationships, mentor professionals, and collaborate across the firm to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in management consulting, a Bachelor’s degree, experience with not-for-profit organizations, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in management consulting or professional services.
• Experience with not-for-profit or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience leading a consulting capability or market offering is preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and expand client relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
