Baker Tilly Advisory Group in Chicago seeks a Senior Consultant for Non-profit and Public Sector Advisory to guide organizational design, staffing studies, and performance audits. You will collaborate with local governments, higher education, and non-profits and lead governance assessments and process improvement initiatives.

You will conduct data analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and support strategic planning while traveling to client sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Public Administration or similar field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related consulting, government, non-profit or public sector experience required.
• Familiarity with human resources operations of local governments or non-profits preferred.
• Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively as a self-directed professional to meet project objectives.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform consulting activities including interviews, document reviews, and preparing client deliverables (findings, recommendations, org charts, process maps, reports).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends related to staffing, culture, and performance.
• Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, and best practice research to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel to client locations to work onsite and attend industry conferences as needed.
